1) Agreement & Eligibility

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and the operator of this website (“Veritas Gateways”). You must be able to form a legally binding contract in your jurisdiction to use our services.

2) Accounts

• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3) Programs, Pricing & Payments

• Programs and e-certificates are listed with price and currency. Pricing may change without prior notice.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store complete card data on our servers.
• Taxes, where applicable, may be added at checkout.

4) Delivery & Access

• Digital access and materials are delivered in your Dashboard.
• E-certificates are typically issued within 24–48h after confirmed completion and/or verification.

5) Refunds

Our general refund terms are described in Refund Policy. Certain digital products are final sale once delivered or accessed.

6) Acceptable Use

• No unlawful, harmful, infringing, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
• Do not share, resell, or redistribute materials without permission.
• Automated scraping or denial-of-service actions are prohibited.

7) Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, program content, and materials are owned by Veritas Gateways or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license for your own use according to these Terms.

8) Disclaimers

• Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• We do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., hiring or promotions) as a result of completing a program.

9) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veritas Gateways shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages; and aggregate liability is limited to the amounts paid by you within the preceding 12 months.

10) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or if required by law or for security reasons.

11) Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the operator’s jurisdiction. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction unless otherwise required by consumer protection laws.

12) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The current version supersedes prior versions.
