How do I access my materials?
After payment, everything is delivered digitally in your Dashboard → My Orders. You can revisit the program anytime.
When is my e-certificate issued?
Certificates are typically issued within 24–48 hours after confirmed completion and verification.
Which name appears on the certificate?
We use the full name you provide during checkout. You can request a correction before issuance via support.
Where do I download my certificate?
Go to Dashboard → My Certificates. If available, click PDF to download. You can also use the fixed Quick Access buttons.
Which payment methods are accepted?
All payments are processed by Stripe. Available methods vary by region and card issuer.
Can I get an invoice or receipt email?
Yes. Set a billing email in Profile → Receipts. Receipts are also sent by Stripe to your purchase email.
What is the refund policy?
Digital items are generally final sale once access is granted. See Refund Policy for eligible cases.
